Exhibiting  Procedure

Exhibitor should register on the website  beforehand and set the username and password yourself and keep in mind for  further uses. Then you may start to fill out the following forms.

A. Form 1, 2, 3, and  4 are required

Form  1 Application and Contract Form
After complete the form online, please  print it and send by fax to organizer with signature and official seal. For new  exhibitors, should fax the copy of company’s Business License also.

Form 2 Official Catalogue Entry
Free  profile of exhibitors and exhibits should not exceed 60 Chinese and 300 English  characters.

Form 3 Exhibits Category
Tick√in □ before the selected items.  Those selected should be produced or sold by exhibitors.

Form 4 Pre-registration for charging  service items
Tick√in □  before the selected items.

B. Form 5 and 6 are  optional
